Nice family run hotel. Owner speaks good english, good communication before arrival. Owner gave me restaurant tips and, very important, advised me about public transportion to Kokand. Can a Hilton give you such good practical information ? Usually not.
I had a small cozy single room, everthing was good and well maintained.

Really liked this little property. Amazing value for money. Very clean, great location. I stayed in ROom 8 which was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely armchair and desk too. The bathroom was large and very clean and well stocked with shower gel and shampoo, and excellent shower with great water pressure and enough hot water(more important than you realise in a cold country!). It was quiet and the location felt very safe. Walking distance from nice cafes to eat at. The owner was very kind and let us use the room for an extra entire half day, free of charge, to store our luggage, that was a huge help! ALso gave us an absolutely top breakfast recommendation, which was one of my most fun experiences in Uzbekistan-Parhez Taomlar.
While there isn't always someone at reception, the owner is very responsive when you call, so make sure you call beforehand, or message, about your check in and check out time.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in! It is exceptionally clean, very welcoming, and beautifully decorated with great taste.
The owner is incredibly friendly, and attentive, always making sure guests feel comfortable.
The location is excellent, right in the city centre, close to restaurants and the bus station.
Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area!

Clean room. Good sound proofing. Great location. Nice, polite owner.
Washing machine was locked. Never got to hear the reason. If the breakfast on the table is not covered, recommend skipping breakfast. Air-conditioner is set at 24 degree Celsius and is centrally controlled. The customer cannot change it.
