Really nice, clean and comfortable. Service was great from the staff as well.
Nothing. Exceeded expectation.

Very clean with everything you could want from a hotel stay.
Due to our travel arrangements we were unable to eat a meal due to Sundays being 12-3. We knew in advance so made alternative arrangements.

My room, King Size, was excellent!! Great facilities, tea, coffee, bed duvet and pillows were of a very high standard.
The shower room, which I think was a recent re-fit, was also exceptional.
Can’t wait to revisit.
My view was a very close roof top, but that was more than compensated by the quality of the room.
Bar and restaurant were also excellent, especially if you like to watch a bit of football/sport.

Very friendly staff, breakfast excellent. The hotel is situated close to seafront.
Good central location with shops very near.
My room was very small, the shower excellent but the shower cubicle is incredibly small. (See pictures) Any one of a larger bulk than me would struggle
The room was very noisy as it was situated above the front entrance and the outdoor seating area especially later in the evening.
No onsite parking, although a car park is approximately 400 yards away.
