Apartment was fine. Basic. Location was decent.
You could tell it was run by a company as very sterile. No nice touches. No washing up pods for the dishwasher or washing powder for the washing machine, no coffee or tea satchels. If you are just sleeping here for a night or two it is fine. If you are staying longer you will need to bring every thing you need.

Roomy one bedroom apartment with all amenities

Convenient for the airport and Athens as the bus stop is just two minutes away, with a minimarket and a Bakery around the corner and a nice lateral sea view. Easy check-in and the lift is a bonus as well
The apartment smelled of oil and wasn't properly clean (owner ignored photos of oily kitchen extractor hood). Constant road noise made the balcony and windows unusable. Poor communication after initial contact. Old shower with one of those clingy curtains...
Wouldn't recommend due to smell, the traffic noise and lack of owner responsiveness.
