The accommodation was very well located, close to the park, all the park entrances and facilities, the Equator and the nearby town, which offered plenty of options. The road was in good condition.
The reception area seemed very basic. The entrance to the lodge had a small hut with rubbish around it, which created a very poor first impression. It felt as though the place was a little neglected because it was the low season, although the food was always good and the facilities were consistently clean. Overall, the place gave the impression of being somewhat run-down. However, the staff were impeccable and provided excellent service.
The electricity supply was also a problem. We had no way to charge our phones or camera batteries, except for a single power outlet available during the day in the dining area. For a tourist lodge, I think this should be a basic requirement nowadays.

The garden was really nice and the staff was super friendly!
The beds were super uncomfortable because of the mattress and WiFi and power was just available after asking for a couple hours
