Cozy convenient good breakfast helpful staff close to beach
All was good 😊

The breakfast was alright, quite a selection to choose from and plenty of it. The pools were great and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. The overall vibe was relaxed and accomodating. The barbeque area in the garden was a nice touch.
The hotel itself was quite basic and in need of a revamp,

The pictures were as advertised. My friend accidentally locked himself out of his room and the staff kindly got a ladder to climb through the window to retrieve the keys as the keys were stuck in the door.
We arrived at the property where people were smoking inside. The smoke drifted up to the first floor and we had to close our doors to escape the smell. This is of particular concern as a member of our party has severe allergies and there are no-smoking signs plastered all over. We were assured that no smoking was allowed in the hotel.
Although we booked a double room we were shown to a slightly larger room which would have been fine if it wasn’t for the fact that the rooms we had originally booked were better.
The first rooms we were shown to had no internet. Since our whole party works online, and we booked the accommodation on the assurance that they had high speed WiFi, this was incredibly frustrating.
The staff then switched our rooms (after much eye rolling and protest). Unfortunately, these rooms were worse as there was no hot water, the beds were covered with pubic hair and there were large cockroaches crawling around the bathroom. Not to mention the fact that there was black mould along the walls.
We asked the staff to please move us to our original rooms (the rooms we booked). He claimed they were all full, got incredibly agitated, started shouting and slammed a door closed before one of my friends could enter.
He told us that we’re welcome to leave a bad review and that he doesn’t care what happens. Fine. Fair enough.
We all felt uncomfortable and left, but lost the booking money in the process. I suppose it’s better than sharing a hairy bed with the cockroaches after a cold shower.
