We arrived late evening in Jakarta and had an early morning flight to Singapore so this hotel was perfectly located for an easy transfer. There is a free minibus shuttle to other terminals. Room and food were good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Good short stay for transit. The hotel provided breakfast at 3am, if you cannot make it you can request a take away. Food and beverage at hotel restaurant come with reasonable price if you don't feel like walking around too much looking for food.

Hotel at terminal 2, great for flights from this terminal.
Breakfast was good and from 3am they start, this is great.
Rooms are comfortable and has everything you need, shower was very good.
We arrived to terminal 2 from Flores, however we had an early flight from terminal 3 next morning.
Right at arrival we asked the free transfer of the hotel to terminal 3 for 6.00am in the morning. We double checked it in the evening as well. We were there and another guy from Germany and with one guy from the hotel we had to walk a few hundred meters till the parking where the transfer supposed to be. But it was not there, the guy from the hotel was searching and searching, but nothing.., so he ran back to the hotel and told us to wait.. We waited like min.25min.s than it was already 6.35am and nobody came, so we decided to go for the train between the terminals which goes about every 10-15min.s.. Abd we had to walk again... The German guy had a flight at about 8.00, so he was kind of late.. We had more time. We asked the hotel for their own transfer, because of a lot of stuff we got and thought it would be easier than carrying it on trains.... But finally this was the case.
This is sad, because you can miss your flight if this happens and shows no professionalism at all. :-(
They have not even sent an email or any kind of message to ask for our apologies.:-(
