Fantastic location with a great view for watching sunsets and everything going on, on the sea front.
Well equipped property. Very comfortable bed. Lovely welcome bottle of wine and chocolates were much appreciated. Milk in fridge and large range of teas, coffees and hot chocolate in cupboard.
Good contact from owner with details of stay etc.
The WiFi speed was practically non existant. Not good if you need to work or study while staying.

Great view, quirky decor, everything you needed. Central location.
Entrance area outside littered and created bad first impression.

Location was perfect. Very central in Aber but on the beachfront with gorgeous sea views. I loved how unique the apartment was too.
I struggled to shut the windows when the weather changed so got quite cold. Annoying that the one kitchen cupboard that opened regularly kept smacking off the ceiling light. The dressing table chair is too low and the lighting is poor, so dressing table not desirable functional. Missed not having a bathroom mirror as u look up from the sink.

We simply needed a convenient overnight stay with cooking facilitities for an early appointment at the nearby hospital. It did the job as far as that was concerned. The apartment was mostly good once you got inside, and the view of the sea was great. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good.
The entranceway was down a side passageway, which was untidy. There was rubbish at the entrance, and down a set of steps just beyond the doorway. The hall and stairs were dark and smelled damp; the light didnt work properly- hopefully now repaired. The heating wouldn't work- there was a notice saying not to "play around" with the thermostat settings. The day of our visit was unseasonably wet and cold, and some heat would have been welcome. The sofa was terribly uncomfortable for us- OK if you just wanted to sprawl. The huge seagull dropping across the window didn't help the view, but perhaps you just have to accept those as part of the experience.
