New apartment, modern and stylish 2nd floor (no elevator) of a typical building located in one of the most fascinating areas of Rome. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, another sofa and armchair, 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, TV, wi-fi, hair dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and freezer, Italian coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner .

The location was excellent with many restaurants near by walking distance. The host were great and easy to check in and communicate with. Would recommend that the hosts get fluffier pillows but other than this it was a great place to feel like living in Italy.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location is perfect if you want to walk and explore Rome’s neighborhoods, restaurants and historic places. The host’s are fantastic in communicating and making our stay the best it could possibly be. We will be back!

We met our host at a predetermined destination nearby the accommodation. Our host was very welcoming and walked us over to the property to give us a thorough introduction and help us orient to the property.The property was exactly like the description on the picture showed even better I would say. The kitchen is small but functional. All appliances worked well. We did not use the stove, but used the kettle and the fridge and both were excellent.The property is up a few flights upstairs so if you are looking for a ground floor, this is not the accommodation for you. We did not have an issue with this as we packed late and can easily travel up the stairs.The location of the property is ideal. It is just a few paces to a beautiful Piazza and there is a market there daily with interesting wares and numerous options for dining.It’s a short walk to the Trastevere neighborhood or to get a cab to other sites in Rome.We walked to most of the major sites except for the Colosseum as it was very hot during our stay. There are numerous sites and tourist attractions, and restaurants within a very short walk.On one evening, there was some noise from people partying in the Piazza, but it was muffled because the sound is dampened by the thick walls and good windows. The air-conditioning worked well during our stay. it doesn’t go as low as we would like it, but we were still comfortable during our stay.I found the master bedroom bed, very comfortable, but I like a firm mattress.

The location was great- easy access to everywhere. Bedding was dirty- noticed body fuilds of some kind on duvet cover and duvet- the next morning-ugh. They came and changed the duvet and only used a top sheet for a cover.
Only one set of towels each for a weeks stay. Dryer does not work,as already noted by others Had to find a laundromat. Used outside rope but only a few pegs supplied
Overall ok stay.
