How clean and friendly the staff were.
The only problem we had was the shower in the room there was no water pressure and the water would go straight hot water to cold water as we were showering.

Great stopover with our family. Spent 3 nights here. Staff were pleasant, main bed was made everyday and towels were changed daily. Room was recently renovated including bathroom (don't judge at outside building condition). Liked that there was a pool and spa but we didn't get a chance to use this time but lots of families were enjoying. Loved that there was a restaraunt and a kebab shop at the back of the hotel you could just walk through and have a meal (even a pub/sports bar for those who didn't have younger kids with them). Heating and cooling available but room was comfortable to not use.
No microwave, cutlery or bowls in our room probably ideal to have as mainly families were using these rooms. Also the hand held shower head needed something to hold it up. I worked out to balance over the tapware to use it would be difficult if someone had an injury or disability to use.

We can hear vehicles passing in our room and people talking in the night. There is not enough insulation in the windows. One window has small opening that can't be closed.
