The property is a bit kitchen and quirky. I love the Japanese style throughout. The surrounding area is great. Lots of historical sites to visit.
The mattress was not as comfy as other places I stayed at but it was still a comfortable stay.

We were given a free upgrade to our room, and the staff were nice to bring our luggage to our room while we were out. They even provide a shuttle service which the driver was very nice (he even offered to bring us directly to Beitou Station on our check out). Overall, the service and amenities of this hotel was top notch, we enjoyed our stay and had a good soak. We would definitely come back again on our next visit to Beitou.
There was no elevator, so we were required to bring our luggage down during check out. However, we stayed on the second floor, so it was alright for us.
