Location is great. Right on the water but no town near by. You are there and generally confined to the property…which is why you go there.
Some things like door handles were falling apart in room.

The view was beautiful.
The fire alarms went off at 2am, residents went to the muster point but no sign of a manager/staff taking control. Not any explanation in the morning so we had to ask. Also the shower area is really big which is lovely but the shower is to small and not very powerful. Put a raingdfsll shower in there.

Great location with fabulous views. Rooms were comfy and lovely decor
Food was very average. Both in the evening and at breakfast. The servers seemed really overwhelmed in the evening and it really wasn’t that busy. Breakfast was a nightmare - ordered soft poached eggs, waited ages for them to be delivered and one was hard and the other when I cut into it water bust out. Gave it back and whilst they offered to redo I didn’t want to wait and risk the same so just had toast. They took the service charge off which I think was the least they could have done. Was a shame as a nice hotel
