All’Arc en ciel ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Il vero punto di forza è il personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento, capace di farti sentire davvero accolto. La stanza era bellissima e molto pulita, e i tramonti sono semplicemente meravigliosi.
La posizione è ideale per chi cerca un’esperienza più autentica, vicino a un villaggio locale e lontano dalle zone più turistiche.
L’unico piccolo punto debole è il mare proprio di fronte all’hotel, che non è un granché. Ma basta uscire in barca o prendere un tuk tuk per raggiungere facilmente spiagge e mare davvero meravigliosi.
E poi il tramonto di fronte l’hotel è uno dei più belli di tutta Nosy Be.

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo una settimana e posso dire che è stata la scelta migliore. La struttura e le camere solo belle ed eleganti, tutto in linea con lo stile del posto. Lo staff parla italiano, chi più e chi meno ma sono tutti dolcissimi a provarci e sempre molto disponibili. Il proprietario Gianluigi è una persona gentile e disponibile che ci ha aiutato molto per il nostro soggiorno, insomma struttura CONSIGLIATISSIMA.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel, face à la mer, son directeur très à l'écoute des demandes de sa clientèle. Les chambres sont sobres et confortable (bonne literie) avec une très belle terrasse et sa piscine implantée dans un joli jardin.

Breakfast is good and pool area is nice.
We booked an airport transfer with the hotel and when we arrived, there was no one to take us. I send a message to the hotel and they said I didnt book anything, but I have written proof of them confirming the pick up. So don’t waste your time, just take a taxi from the airport for much cheaper price, they are trustable and safe.
Asked for a check out at 12.30 instead of 12 and was denied it. Bad customer service with no situational awareness. The reception lady was also asking us to pay the hotel in the middle of our stay, even though at check in they said we pay when we check out. I told her we will pay when we leave. Btw, if you pay the hotel room by card, they will add 4% fee on top so bring cash.
If you book a tour through the hotel, they charge you a lot, especially if you book through the Italian lady who comes to the hotel in the evening. I have an advanced scuba diving license and she said I need to do a practise dive to be accepted for her reef dives…… So do not book anything through them, book everything yourself, plenty of tour operators around and it’s very easy to take a tuktuk from the main road. The tour we did via the hotel wasn’t even good at all and charged us double. You will save A LOT of money.
They also keep changing the passwords of the wifi and of course they don’t tell you or leave the new passwords anywhere to be seen, you have to go and ask. In general the wifi is not the greatest when all the guests are using it so you can forget about using the wifi in the evenings.
Hotel buffet is very pricey for this country, 20e. There is a lovely restaurant few minutes safe walk away, Cuisine de Marna, with excellent dishes for 5-6e and amazing cocktails. Go there or take a tuktuk and explore.
All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. They need to make changes in the management and this reception staff (Thierry was only one nice), a feedback about a certain person reoccurs in many of these reviews.
