The location and outdoor facilities. Secure and good for families.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with this property and would not choose to stay here again. The bathroom and toilet floors were not very clean on arrival, and several of the kitchen utensils and dishes were also not properly cleaned. As there is no dishwasher, it appears that previous guests are expected to wash everything themselves, and unfortunately some items had clearly been put away without being cleaned properly. The front door and rear sliding door locks were extremely sticky and very difficult to open and lock, particularly for the children. We were also only provided with one key for the entire property, which was very inconvenient when different family members were out doing separate activities. One of the main reasons we booked the property for the weekend was to watch the AFL Grand Final. Unfortunately, the Google TV did not have free-to-air television available. I spent more than two hours trying to access 7plus without success. The property manager did try to help, which we appreciated, but the issue could not be resolved. There were also no manuals or instructions in the property to explain how to use the television or other appliances. The biggest issue for us was the lack of Wi-Fi for the TV. To use the television at all, you need to hotspot it from your own phone. For a holiday rental, particularly one catering to families, we found this very disappointing and inconvenient. I would not recommend this property for families with children who rely on Wi-Fi or streaming for entertainment. The split-system air conditioner in the bedroom was also quite loud and disruptive when trying to sleep.

Great location! A few small improvements would make this accommodation amazing.
