Modern, clean and comfortable. Central position.
Communication with the property manager was inadequate, emergency ph number not answered. A $500 bond was required, not just a credit card hold.
“Private balcony” overlooks urban concrete non view.

Whilst we were not enamoured with the location, it was great for walking to the main shopping area with everything available (clothes, food, groceries, cafes etc). We could also walk down to the wharf with a number of seafood restaurants. Also walking distance to museum and tourist office (great for booking tours).
Our main gripe was the balcony. We never went out on it. It looked out onto graffiti walls, dirty buildings and car park. To place the rubbish into the bin, one of us had to "steadily" descend the steps at the back.
