It was a good size flat and had access to an outdoor private space. Nice decor.
There is no place to store/hold things in either bathroom because the sink ledges are small and no shelving. Lighting in bathrooms is poor. TOWEL WARMERS do not work even after pressing. Heat is controlled so it's not adjustable. There was no renters book to make things easier we had to wait for the rental team to respond which took more than 5 hours.

Great location- close enough to walk into town but outside the LEZ charge.
Well stocked kitchen, large dining table.
One of the en-suites was difficult to have a shower in, but very minor problem.

The accommodation was lovely. Well decorated and spacious. The location was fantastic with views over the surrounding area. Finding a place with guaranteed parking in Bath unusual.
A lot of admin in the run up to the booking.

The flat was clean and a good location.
There was no shower mat provided, which meant my elderly mother slipped in the shower. There were no instructions regarding the facilities, and the heating kept coming on, which meant the flat was too hot. There were wine glasses left in the dishwasher, and one in the cupboard had a lipstick mark.
