Good location
The owners requested (on numerous occasions via text and email) that we strip the beds on the morning of our departure, which for a property of this price I find astonishing - asking your gusts to strip their own bed, surely that should be included in the price? The business approach seems to be one of maximising income whilst minimising costs, having to strip the bed is one penny pinching example as are the cottage's fittings which are cheap and sparse. I've been in business for a long time and always found that the best way to maximise your profit is to put customer satisfaction and customer experience first, rather than minimising your costs.
