とにかく人が優しく、親切です。
モンゴルで経験してみたいことを相談した際には、もともと用意されていないアクティビティにもかかわらず、周囲のゲルキャンプと連携しながら、実現できるよう親身になって動いてくださいました。
また、財布を無くすトラブルがあった際も、スタッフの皆さんが一緒になって探してくださり、本当に助けられました。
用意されているアクティビティもかなり満足度が高いです。
特に遊牧民の家への訪問と乗馬は、モンゴルの豊かな自然と文化に触れることができ、人生で忘れられない経験になりました。
ウランバートルからは距離がありますが、有料で送迎を依頼することができ、便利です。(騎馬像などにも寄ってくれます)

ホテルからの送迎を事前にお願いすれば、対応してもらえます。
特に東横INNですと日本人が多いので同じ日であれば複数人のピックアップで料金も少し安くしてもらえました。
料金もクレジットカードで支払いができます。
1人旅ですと食事等心配ですが、オーナーが気を使ってくれて助かりました。
お湯をもらえるので、昼食などはカップラーメン持参だと費用削減できます。
シャワールームが2つしかなく重なると時間がかかる。
買い物するところが少ないので、必要なものは市内から持参が必要。

The night there was perfect and what made our very short trip to Mongolia worthwhile... The park is gorgeous, the ger is super clean with a very comfortable bed and super hot with the fire they light on for us! Dinner was delicious and we even had local music and dance from the staff... It was an amazing experience...

シャワーが一日中使えた。暖かいお湯が出た！
お料理も美味しかった。
早朝にゲルが冷えると、ストーブに火を入れてくれた。
