A log cabin furnished in a country style that sleeps up to 4 people, featuring a double bed in the master bedroom (180 cm x 190 cm) and a bunk bed in the children’s bedroom (90 cm x 190 cm each), insect screens on all windows, modern condensing boiler, non-smoking house.
Very bright inside thanks to the southwest-facing living room and bedroom, quiet location on the outskirts—yet close to the parking lot and laundry room—with a magnificent view of Hayingen.
With a little luck, you can see Hayingen emerge from the morning mist like a mystical island!
Living area with dining space and a cozy seating area in front of the wood-burning stove: a 3-seater sofa (204 cm) with an ottoman and a reading chair.
A set of three nesting tables provides versatile storage options.
An instruction manual is available for the modern wood-burning stove with a large glass window.
The small built-in wooden kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave with an integrated convection oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment; it also features an empty cabinet for groceries, open shelving, and space for a shopping basket.
Modern shower room; covered, wind-protected southwest-facing terrace with an awning (extremely high UV protection), furnished with wooden benches and a table, plus two deck chairs and two high-backed chairs (each with cushioned seats). The storage room also contains two fabric folding lounge chairs and a parasol; there is a small bench next to the front door.
Since mobile data reception can sometimes be problematic (Vodafone works excellent), I provide 15 GB of high-speed LTE via Wi-Fi each month (login details are included in the information materials inside the house). Please note that when Wi-Fi is turned on, data is constantly being used because all apps are always updating. Therefore, please turn it on only when you are actually browsing the web or checking email.
Next to the Waschstüble, you can also connect to the Wi-Fi network. A table and bench are available for this purpose.
The Lauterdörfle Vacation Park is located in a quiet setting on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Hayingen, in the heart of the UNESCO Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve. You’ll be staying in a peaceful vacation park situated on a gently sloping hilltop right next to the forest. There are 105 cozy wooden cottages (50 of which are managed by H&P Touristik GmbH) available for your stay. With three or four rooms (approx. 45–80 m²), they offer ample space for up to six people. The vacation park is car-free; handcarts are available to transport luggage to your cottage. As a special service, we’re also happy to transport our guests’ heavy luggage to their vacation home via e-scooter.
In addition, the Lauterdörfle features a [[85|conference room]] (for up to 40 people) for family celebrations, workshops, and other events. For more information, please contact our rental office.
Recreational Activities: In addition to a mini-golf course (for a fee), Lauterdörfle also features a tennis court, a basketball court, and a soccer field, as well as outdoor chess, two children’s playgrounds, and a covered playhouse with foosball and table tennis.
Canoeing on the Lauter and Danube rivers, tobogganing on the summer toboggan run, hiking, biking, and golf—the area around the Lauterdörfle vacation park has plenty to offer. Relax at the thermal baths in Bad Urach and Saulgau or at one of the recreational pools in Neu-Ulm, Blaustein, or Albstadt. Explore caves, castles, breweries, or monasteries. Or take your children to Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland. In winter, you can explore the area on cross-country skis, by sled, or on a snowshoe hike.
