Our family-run home is nestled in the heart of nature, in a beautiful corner of the world. It’s the perfect place to spend a little time here.
Our AUSZEIT Apartment is centrally located on the sunny Rohrmoos high plateau at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters, offering a breathtaking view of the majestic Dachstein massif, the surrounding mountain landscape, and the valleys of the Schladminger Tauern. 
It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the town center, the lifts, and the ski slopes, with direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area (Hochwurzen-Planai-Reiteralm-Hauser Kaibling). 
In the town center, you’ll find excellent restaurants serving both traditional and modern cuisine, as well as ski schools, sports shops, ski rentals, a grocery store, a bar, and a hair salon.
You can also reach the Planai–Hochwurzen ski areas on foot or by ski bus, which stops right nearby. The ski run takes you right to our house, snow conditions permitting. The 7-kilometer-long toboggan run and night skiing round out the offerings in Rohrmoos.
In the summer, you can start your hikes right from our house, and the nearby hiking bus makes it easy to reach all your hiking destinations.

Auszeit Apartment, 2 Bedrooms:

Our modern AUSZEIT apartment, furnished with great care, features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a towel dryer. Separate toilet. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The cozy living area with a pull-out couch features a 50-inch smart TV.
The beds are equipped with Europe’s most award-winning mattress—25 cm of pure comfort!
The apartment stands out for its quiet and sunny location; in the summer, the terrace with seating offers a magnificent view and the chance to enjoy the sunrise. A parking space, a private lockable bike storage room, and a heated ski storage room round out the amenities.



On-site fees: A deposit of 50% of the rental price is due at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred one week before arrival. Separate terms apply to online bookings. In the event of cancellation, Austrian cancellation policies apply; the deposit is non-refundable. Included in the apartment price are bed linens, towels, utility costs, and parking (available directly at the property; no reservation required), a ski room, a lockable bike storage room, a terrace, and a private entrance. Free Wi-Fi. 



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
