The "Abendrot" apartment is located on the upper floor on the west side; it measures 89 m² and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen and living area, and a terrace overlooking the village, Natrun, Aberg, and the Steinernes Meer. A wonderful wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere—and the private sauna on the terrace with a view of the Steinernes Meer will delight guests starting in summer 2022.

An elevator, carport, ski storage, bike storage, washing machine, and dryer are available for everyone’s use. We’ve even thought of the home office—a small desk is provided so you can combine your vacation with work.
All apartments in Haus Bergleben have a private outdoor sauna with a view of the mountains! The larger apartments also feature a wonderful wood-burning stove in the living room for that extra touch of coziness!

To offer the discerning, individual traveler the very best, we’ve built the Panorama Apartments as a freestanding building next to our main residence—each apartment has its own separate entrance, providing even more privacy. The extra-large balcony terraces and the private garden in this central panoramic location are truly one-of-a-kind! If you need a third bedroom with a shower/toilet and a separate entrance—for friends, grandparents, or older children—we can arrange to add this to the apartment of your choice.
Both apartments in Haus Panorama were completely redecorated in the fall of 2018—you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in comfortable box-spring beds, and the windows feature pleated blinds and blackout curtains. A new kitchen with custom LED lighting and state-of-the-art appliances (fridge-freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave). For your convenience, each apartment is equipped with a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
From ALL apartments, you’ll enjoy the best views of the beautiful village of Maria Alm and the entire Aberg–Hintertal–Hochkönig ski area—as well as to the west all the way to Saalfelden. You’ll enjoy the morning sun as soon as you wake up in your bedroom—and it will stay with you until sunset on the very spacious terrace. Despite this panoramic location, you can reach the town center in a 2-minute walk and the local gondola in a 5-minute walk, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
