With a spacious area of approximately 100 m², this fully equipped apartment spans half of the house and offers breathtaking views of Schladming, the Planai, the surrounding mountains, and the Hohe Tauern. This unique accommodation combines the benefits of a relaxing mountain vacation with proximity to the town center. High-quality natural materials were used in the apartment’s construction, and a modern architectural style along with a lovingly designed interior contribute to its special atmosphere. The Leo Apartment on the sunny slope is all about coziness and comfort—not wild parties—as relaxation is the top priority here. The high-quality kitchen and luxurious bathrooms leave nothing to be desired.
Its special sunny location makes the spacious terrace in the private garden the perfect place to spend relaxing hours. Pets are welcome, and the city center is just a ten-minute walk away. You can easily walk to the bakery, butcher shop, and supermarket for groceries, and numerous restaurants serving regional specialties invite you to linger. The ski and city bus to the Planai lifts stops on Hochstraße, just a few steps from the front door.
The entire Dachstein-Tauern region offers everything you could wish for in terms of summer and winter activities. The 4-Mountain Ski Area (Reiteralm-Fageralm, Hochwurzen, Planai, Hauser Kaibling) promises pure skiing enjoyment, whether it’s (night) skiing, (night) tobogganing, leisurely snowshoeing, breathtaking hot-air balloon rides, or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride through the fairy-tale winter landscape.

Adjacent to the second bedroom is another bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a sofa bed in the living/dining room that sleeps one additional person.
