The apartment (35 m²) consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out couch, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a telephone, and a south-facing balcony.

Our apartments, featuring magnificent panoramic views, are situated in a sunny and quiet location at the foot of the Dachstein in the Schildlehen district. Right from the apartments, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Dachstein massif, the Rittisberg, or the Schladminger Tauern. Thanks to our ideal location in Ramsau, you can reach all the main trailheads, a sports shop, and the local ski and snowboard school in just a few minutes’ walk—in both summer and winter. You can set out directly from the house onto the cross-country ski trail network, winter hiking trails, or into the family-friendly ski area of the Ramsau ski region. The ski and local buses to the Ski Amadé lifts or the Dachstein Glacier are just a 2-minute walk away. The Rittisberg, directly across the way, is the perfect summer destination for families, featuring a swimming lake, a summer toboggan run, and a high-rope climbing course. 
In summer, the wonderful alpine pasture area at the foot of the imposing southern faces of the Dachstein offers many circular hiking trails, magnificent viewpoints, and numerous mountain huts. The high plateau is considered the number one via ferrata area in Austria. A total of 20 beautiful via ferrata routes and hikes, each offering breathtaking views all the way to the Czech Republic or the Slovenian Triglav Mountains, are signposted in Ramsau.
During the summer months, Ramsau am Dachstein in the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region delights visitors with numerous hiking trails, mountain bike tours, 20 different via ferratas, and the Dachstein Glacier, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Just a 5-minute walk away: the Rittisberg Adventure Mountain. There you’ll find plenty of recreational activities for all ages—a summer toboggan run, a swimming lake, a fairy-tale trail, a chairlift, archery, a high ropes course, a Flyline, and more. As a Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card partner, you can use all bus lines, cable cars, and toll roads free of charge throughout the entire Schladming-Dachstein vacation region during the summer months from June through October.
In winter, Ramsau am Dachstein is the top destination for cross-country skiing. With 220 km of cross-country trails—which have hosted events such as the Nordic World Championships—at elevations ranging from 1,100 to 2,700 meters and featuring varying levels of difficulty for everyone from recreational skiers to elite athletes.
The cross-country trail network runs right past our apartment building. The free ski bus to the Ski amadé ski area is just a 2-minute walk away. You can reach the family-friendly Ramsau ski area and the heart of the “in-house Ramsau Children’s Ski School”—Kaliland, featuring the region’s largest winter playground—directly via the Zauberlift slope. The popular family-friendly Ramsau ski area is practically right on our doorstep. The Kali adventure slopes, the cozy huts, the idyllic cross-country trails, and the natural toboggan run guarantee an exciting and eventful winter vacation.



On-site costs: Heating, bed linens, table linens, water, and electricity are included. The Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the summer, and the Ramsau Winter Card is included in the winter.
