About this house rental
The apartment features a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette and sitting area, a double bed, and a bunk bed (170 cm long), as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It has a balcony. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
In the summer, use our farm as a starting point for countless hikes, mountain tours, and climbing trips, or stroll along the romantic Untertalbach stream on beautifully landscaped walking trails to explore the surrounding area.
Right next to our house, you can join the “Wilde-Wasser” themed hiking trail—which has received international recognition from National Geographic—and experience one of the most beautiful hikes in the Schladming-Dachstein region.
On-site costs: Partner of the Dachstein-Tauern Summer Card; sauna open Mondays and Thursdays (operational only in winter); check-in from 3:00 p.m. (earlier check-in possible in summer upon request). A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. Check-out is at 9:30 a.m.; please settle your bill one day before departure. The security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after the apartment has been inspected. This is contingent upon the apartment being left in a tidy condition with no damage to property and the dishes in the kitchen being washed and put away.
