Our apartment building is centrally located on the sunny slope of Schladming, directly across from the Planai. The apartments have all been newly renovated to a high standard and offer excellent comfort. From your balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Schladming and the surrounding mountains. Right outside our front door is the bus stop for the Citybus and the ski bus. By bus, you can reach the Planaibahn valley station or access points to the mountains in just 2 minutes! So you don’t need a car! A free covered parking lot is also available.

Every room has underfloor heating! All apartments have a spacious bathroom with a shower. We offer a shuttle service right outside our front door. In both summer and winter, the shuttle will take you to your starting point. Whether you’re hiking to the Dachstein or Ramsau, mountain biking on the Hochwurzen, or skiing to the Planai valley station—you won’t need a car!
Parking and storage
We offer special protection for your car! A free covered parking space is available at Haus Michael in Schladming, so you won’t have to scrape ice or shovel snow. And in the summer, your car won’t get too hot! For your bicycles, skis, snowboards, or other sports equipment, we offer a locked storage room
On-site fees: Surcharges apply for short stays; dogs must be registered in advance! A fee of 5€ per day per dog will be charged.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
