The cozy basement apartment SONNENBLUME is approximately 50 square meters and can accommodate 2–4 people.
The apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of dishes, and a flat-screen TV.
A fifth person could possibly sleep on the sofa in the kitchen.
The adjoining room leads directly out to the garden, where you’ll find a cozy seating area and lounge chairs for relaxing.
In winter, you can head straight from the garden onto the ski slopes!
In the heart of Rohrmoos, 1,000 m above sea level, in a sunny, quiet location. Direct access from the house to the ski slopes and lifts. Ski school nearby, bus stop approx. 200 m away, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our house is surrounded by nature and serves as a starting point for many beautiful hikes and offers direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area. In front of our house, there is a lawn for sunbathing, a children’s playground with a playhouse, a swing, a sandbox, a trampoline, and more.
