Located in the heart of Rohrmoos, 1,000 m above sea level, in a sunny, quiet setting. Direct access from the house to the ski slopes and lifts. Ski school nearby, bus stop approx. 200 m away, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our house is surrounded by nature and serves as a starting point for many beautiful hikes and direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area. In front of our house, there is a lawn for sunbathing, a children’s playground with a playhouse, a swing, a sandbox, a trampoline, and more.
