The heart of the home is the open plan living and dining area, seamlessly connecting to a modern kitchen with dishwasher and convenient butler’s pantry, ideal for family meals or casual gatherings. Large stacking doors open onto a covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and ample seating, perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying stunning water views.
Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the private mooring and nearby boat ramp, while four kayaks are available for guests to explore the basin at their leisure. The fully fenced yard provides a safe space for children to play, and there’s ample off-street parking, including space for your boat. A high chair is available for families travelling with little ones.
