A lovingly and warmly furnished 3-room vacation apartment in the best location on the Feldberg for up to 4 people.
The apartment measures approximately 75 m². Spacious open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. Glass table with comfortable armchairs.
The living room is furnished with a leather corner sofa, a 50-inch flat-screen satellite TV (including Sky Soccer), and a Bluetooth/internet radio music system. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony with a table and chairs.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, full-length mattresses), a wardrobe, and a 43-inch flat-screen satellite TV. The bedrooms feature electric exterior blinds.
The hallway features a coat rack and a closet (with a built-in safe) for jackets, shoes, etc.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bathroom features a toilet, sink, and a large, walk-in shower. The second, very spacious bathroom features a toilet, sink, whirlpool tub, and an infrared sauna that accommodates up to 3 people. The infrared sauna is fully equipped with built-in mood lighting and a speaker system (Bluetooth, USB, Aux).
The apartment is continuously ventilated via an Airplus module. This provides filtered fresh air without having to leave windows open. This module can also be turned off.
The apartment includes an underground parking space.
