We’re located right in the center of Maria Alm, at the foot of the Prinzenberg Natrun. It’s a 2- to 3-minute walk to the valley station of the lift.
The Natrun hiking trail runs right past the house, and in winter you can ski right up to the front door.
Restaurants, bars, shops, and more are all within walking distance.
Our apartment features 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room, and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The separate entryway has plenty of space for skis, bikes, hiking boots, and strollers. On the private terrace overlooking the Prinzenberg Natrun, you can comfortably unwind at the end of each day.

We offer two separate bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom.
