Despite all this, it’s a completely quiet, very cozy, and bright apartment with a magnificent view from the southwest-facing loggia that stretches out into the greenery.
The 75 m² of living space includes, among other things, a separate dining room, which can be additionally heated by a hot-air tiled stove in addition to the adjoining living room.
Your toddler will feel completely at home in the crib and in their own high chair.
The bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people.
