living/kitchen/dining area: A bright living area with a corner sofa, armchair, TV, and access to the beautiful south-facing terrace. Adjacent to the living area is the open kitchen with a lovely dining area for 4 people.
Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom with a built-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Cozy bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a small desk, perfect for working remotely while on vacation.
Bathroom: Bright shower room.
Guest restroom:
Laundry room in the building: Washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron for shared use.
Special feature of the property: A lockable bike shed with charging capabilities for e-bikes is available.
Location: This apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained residential area in Wenningstedt. The beach, as well as various shopping options and restaurants, are within a few minutes’ walk.
Pets: A maximum of 1 medium-sized dog up to 50 cm at the withers is permitted. (fee applies)

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Durch den Ausgang in der Garten hat man quasi noch mal einen Gartenanteil, wo man schön sitzen kann.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung, die jedoch im Keller liegt. Leider sehr hellhörig durch Gäste in Nachbarwohnung und vor allem oberhalb .
