This comfortable 3-room end-of-row townhouse, featuring a wood-burning stove, a terrace, and access to the garden, has a living area of 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. A cozy, well-furnished living room with comfortable armchairs, a TV, and a stereo system welcomes you with a truly relaxing atmosphere. The vacation home has two separate bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living area. A brightly tiled shower room with natural light and free use of a washing machine is available. This is a non-smoking unit where pets are not allowed. There is a free outdoor parking space next to the house. Upon request, you can book laundry packages for a fee, allowing you to travel light. A short walk will take you to the center of Boltenhagen. You’re also close to the Tarnewitz Primeval Forest, which features beautiful walking and hiking trails.
