This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building right on Rathausplatz in Westerland. It was completely renovated in the summer of 2020 and refurnished to a high standard.
Kitchen/Dining/Living Area/Sleeper Sofa: Next to the open, fully equipped kitchen is a dining area for 4 people. The comfortable sofa area (sleeper sofa), complete with a flat-screen TV, rounds out the living area. From here, you can also access the sheltered, furnished balcony overlooking Rathausplatz.
Bedroom: Box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), high-quality built-in furniture, TV, and a large window. A walk-in closet adjoins this room.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with an extra-large shower, toilet, and heated floors.
Location: The apartment is centrally located in Westerland, right on Rathausplatz. Various restaurants and shopping options are therefore in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the Westerland promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Pets: Max. 1 small dog up to 35 cm at the withers allowed. (fee applies)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist super gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und schon für Ende des Jahres wieder gebucht.

Tolle Wohnung, die bestens ausgestattet ist. Zentral gelegen mitten im Herzen von Westerland. Besonders gefallen hat uns das gemütliche Bett, die Regenwalddusche sowie der geräumige und begehbare Kleiderschrank.

Auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Hervorragend ausgestattet und blitzsauber.
