About this apartment rental
Small but nice: This vacation rental on the first floor of the Tönning apartment building is located near the harbor and is suitable for 2–3 people.
The Location
Our vacation rental in Tönning’s old town is located about 150 m from the idyllic harbor. Restaurants, cafés, and even the train station are all within easy walking distance.
Amenities
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay on the North Sea: a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker (filter size 4). The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player and CD player with radio. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.
Special Features
In our non-smoking vacation apartment, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. The apartment includes a parking space that you can use free of charge. Behind the house, you can enjoy a garden with patio furniture and a grill. The garden is available for shared use.
An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
The visitor’s tax per adult per night is:
April 1 through May 15 1.30 EUR
May 15 through October 1 2.20 EUR
October 1 through November 1 1.30 EUR
Children (up to age 18) are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

Our apartment building in Tönning is located within walking distance (150 m) of the beautiful and traditional harbor with its sailing ships, pleasure boats, crab fishing boats, and the historic warehouse. Many local restaurants and cafés invite you to enjoy your vacation with a culinary experience while taking in the view of the harbor. The Multimar-Wattforum is a tourist highlight of our region.
Our apartment building features 4 vacation apartments: the “Sanddüne” and “Strandmuschel” on the first floor, and the “Nordseeküste” and “Kleine Kajüte” on the upper floor. The Altstadthaus impresses with its amenities, high ceilings, and exposed beams.
Tönning is located directly at the mouth of the Eider River, the gateway to the North Sea, and is worth a visit any time of year: mudflat hikes, a climbing park, an outdoor pool, a beach with a swimming pier, guided city tours.... There are plenty of ways to simply escape the daily grind in Tönning. The popular sandy beach at St. Peter-Ording is only a 20-minute drive away.

Alles in allem O. K.
Störend war die schlecht schließenden Wohnzimmertüre.
Bad Türe und Kühlschrank Türe quietschen. Vor allem in der Nacht störend.
Ansonsten super Lage der Wohnung, schön im Zentrum.
Alles sauber.
Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstatd, wenige Schritte vom Hafen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Weiterer Plus-Punkt: Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Gut durchdachte Einrichtung, die insb. in der Küche alles bietet, was benötigt wird, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Für 2 Personen optimal. Ältere Bewertungen bemängeln ein zu langsames Internet. Das trifft jetzt nicht mehr zu. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Appartement ist komplett eingerichtet und liegt zentral in Tönning um alle wichtigen Orte dort fussläufig zu erreichen.Die Wegebeschreibung sowie die
Schlüsseluebergabe waren unkompliziert und genau erläutert.Die Ausstattung entstammt wohl meist aus einem grossen schwedischen Möbelhaus,die
technischen Geräte sind auch keine Wertigen,aber alles funktioniert .Dadurch stimmt auch Preis - Leistung bei diesem Angebot.
