The Space:

Step inside to vaulted ceilings with exposed white beams, an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and coastal-inspired finishes throughout. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a large island with seating for four, stainless steel double wall ovens, a farmhouse sink, subway tile backsplash, and a beverage fridge in the bar area. The space is well stocked with cookware, dishes, a dual coffee maker (drip and Keurig), blender, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook and entertain.



Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests comfortably:

- Primary suite: king bed with teal accent pillows and wall-mounted TV

- Second bedroom: queen bed with beige upholstered headboard

- Third bedroom: two queen beds, ideal for kids or friends

- Fourth bedroom: queen bed with built-in reading lights



All beds feature quality mattresses and linens. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels (including pool towels).



Step outside to the real showstopper: a freeform heated pool surrounded by paver decking, palm trees, and string lights. The covered patio features outdoor dining for six, a built-in gas BBQ grill, ceiling fan, and outdoor TV—perfect for game days or gathering under the stars. Lounge on the pool deck, play ping pong in the garage, or unwind in the enclosed brick courtyard with fire feature and four Adirondack chairs. The grass lawn and mature landscaping create a private oasis for large groups.



Pool heating is available for $125 per night with a three-night minimum.
