About this apartment rental
The apartment is part of a large house with 4 identical apartments, each sleeping 8. Each apartment features:
- a large, private, fenced-in garden of 400 square meters, equipped for summer with a pergola, table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
-On the first floor, with a separate entrance, there is a living/dining room with a TV, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a modest-sized bathroom with a shower.
-On the upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, you arrive directly—without a door—into a large bedroom with 4 additional beds (two singles + 1 double).
Mosquito screens are provided.
Outside the four gardens, there is a small utility room with a washing machine available free of charge to the four apartments.
The sea, with sandy beaches, is only 4 km away. There are both free public beaches and equipped beaches that charge a fee.
I live in the house next door. We’re in the countryside here, even though we’re only 1.5 km from the town center (San Pietro in Palazzi, a hamlet of Cecina), which has one supermarket and a few small shops. Then there’s Cecina, a larger town about 3 km away.
Pets are allowed.
The only items not provided in the apartment are sheets and towels. There’s no Wi-Fi, but you can request it in advance for an extra charge of 20.00 euros per week, payable on site.
