Welcome to Cocon des Confins, an exceptional luxury chalet, resulting from the rehabilitation of an old Savoyard farmhouse undertaken in 2018. Nestled halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley, 3 km from the slopes and the village, this chalet with authentic charm offers breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif, south-facing.



Able to accommodate up to 14 people, it spreads over several levels and subtly blends Savoyard tradition and modernity for a unique stay experience with family or friends.



Level 1 - Ground floor:



- Living space (over 60 m²) with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and bar area, dining area with large table for 14 people, lounge area with sofas, armchairs, poufs and benches, and fireplace (wood provided)

- Loggia terrace (18 m²) south-facing with breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range

- Outdoor bubble sauna accessible from the living space

Level 2 - First floor:



- Attic lounge with sofa, TV and access to attic balcony

- Triple bedroom (28 m²): single bed (90×200) + sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×200), shower room with WC

- Double bedroom (16 m²): double bed (160×200) or twin beds (80×200), access to attic balcony, shower room with WC

- Family bedroom (17 m²): double bed (160×200) or twin beds (80×200) + sleeping area with single bed (90×200), bathroom and separate WC (outside the bedroom)



Communal areas:



- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink

- Ski storage with boot dryer

- 4 underground parking spaces (2 if lower apartment rented separately)

Some useful information:

Beds will be made on your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 toilet rolls/WC…) are included in the service as well as end of stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a travel cot type bed and a high chair on request.
