Welcome to Chalet La Douceur, a former Savoyard farmhouse completely restored, classified 5★, nestled in the heart of the lush pastures of La Clusaz. Offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Fernuy valley, the Balme massif and the Aravis mountain range, this exceptional chalet is a true haven of peace to disconnect and create beautiful memories with family or friends.
Located just 3 minutes' drive from the Balme ski lifts and 5 minutes from the Confins plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), this ground-floor apartment of 90 m² can accommodate up to 6 people.
Its main asset? Its panoramic terrace! Ideal for having breakfast facing the Aravis mountain range in summer, or sipping an aperitif on the sun loungers after a lovely morning of skiing in winter.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Bright living area with large lounge, dining room with modern and traditional furniture, open kitchen and wood-burning stove (wood provided)
Double bedroom (17 m²): double bed (160×200), bathroom with WC
Double bedroom (16 m²): double bed (180×200) or twin beds (90×200), desk area, separate bathroom and WC (outside the bedroom)
Double bedroom (12 m²): double bed (160×200) or twin beds (80×200), separate bathroom and WC (outside the bedroom)
Shared spaces with the upper apartment:
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink
Ski storage with boot dryer

We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair on request.
