The flat is situated at 12 Rue Du Pre in the heart of 'le suquet', the old town of Cannes.
It is just a 50m from the bars and restaurants on the famous 'Rue Saint Antoine' and 'Rue Du Suquet'. Just 4 minute walk to the beach and only a 7 minute walk to the town center, Croisette and Palais des Festivals, making it an ideal location for conferences and holidays. It is close enough to the action but just far enough to remain quiet and relaxing.
There is a local supermarket within 50m of the front door. The train station is a 12 minute walk and the main bus terminal is 5 minutes.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 19th century stone building and has high ceilings with wooden beams, white floor tiles and is very comfortably furnished with all modern amenities.

This is an ideal holiday stay, amazing location, great use of space, a really homely apartment . I especially loved the personal touches in the 'African corner'. Would recommend it to friends. Thanks Alex
