Totally renovated, this prestigious apartment completely equipped and furnished is located in the heart of le MARAIS, rue du Bourg-Tibourg, inside a courtyard, 2nd floor, (TWO flights of stairs, NO elevator) with a private balcony.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He checked in with us on our first day to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly responsive, kind, and always happy to help.He even helped us connect with reliable taxi drivers, which made getting around Paris and to the airport completely stress-free. His local knowledge and genuine care made our trip so much more enjoyable.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the hot summer weather, and made the apartment a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing.The location couldn’t have been better. It was in the perfect area for exploring Paris, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation just a short walk away. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly immersed in the city.If you’re looking for an outstanding place to stay in Paris with a host who genuinely cares about his guests, look no further. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Fabulous location, very walkable to most Paris attractions and steps away from boulangeries and restaurants. There is a supermarket just across the street. Thierry was a gracious and communicative host, everything was explained very well ahead of our visit. We enjoyed the balcony!

Thierry was a great communicator and even provided videos on how to use the washer and air conditioning unit. The apartment location was great, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

Highly recommend staying here! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Fabulous host, and I appreciate all he did for us, by making check-in smooth and checking in on us from time to time. Will definitely be back!
