apartment: 1 room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom. all redone. fans foot, tv, kitchen: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave. 2 large terraces (1 outside; 1 inside) exposure east-west. view of beach and sea. parking. direct access to the range of 7 km: fine sand. fishing, boating, diving, wind-surfing. supermarkets, restaurants, ... 1 km. 5 km from the center of Denia. 100 kms of Alicante. daily departure to Ibiza (2 hours). Sleeping: Parental bed. 2 junior beds. 1 sofa bed.
-Final cleaning: 60 €
-Caution: 300 € (check not cashed), transfer or cash
-Air conditioning/heating: electricity consumption if the package included in the rental price exceeds

Great roomy and very clean apartment, with fantastic oceanview -beach front..you can even hear the ocean:)!!..!! with ample free parking. Comfortable decorated, simple furniture but had all we needed, terrace is large/also confortable to sit 4p +, kitchen was also well equipped. Bathroom shower needs a lilttle updating, but also ok, hot water is fantastic. the mini Washmashine also perfect for our needs. TV channels: Spanish and French. All around... a good price, Owner also very attentive. Place is recommended!. Thank You!!
