Das Apartment ist nur 300m vom Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt, Brandenburger Tor, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Scenehöhepunkte eastsidegalery, o2 world, simonadach-str. können leicht zu Fuß erlaufen werden. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Vom Flughafen Schönefeld mit expresstrain bis Alex, von dort mit der M4 Straßenbahn oder mit dem bus 200 nur 2-3 Stationen je nachdem wo man einsteigt bis zur Station "Volkspark Friedrichhain, 5 Minuten Gehweg sind es zum Apartment. Von Tegel Flughafen mit TXL Bus bis last stop und umsteigen in bus 200 bis station am friedrichshain, 5 Minuten hauptbahnhof oder ostbahnhof mit bus 142 zur station "weinstr." ist nur 50 m von der wohnung entfernt.
