Location is excellent. Next to the M2 metro and walking distance to the T1 tram. The major lines in Istanbul. Just away from the central tourist congestion. Many choices at the buffet breakfast. I would use this hotel as a base location again.

I loved how clean it is , whenever we enter our room we always find it clean and smells amazing. They always provide us with clean towels , clean sheets, and room service is exceptional

Excellent breakfast, very good location, a very helpful, low key staff, impeccable room service.
The rooms are old and worn out, smelled on smoke or mold when we arrived, bathroom sink leaked, bidet unfunctional, window looked onto the street, metres across from another hotel's rooms, it was oftren noisy during the night.
