The location is one of the best, the avenida is full of restaurants, ice cream shops, even a laundry!
The hotel has an old charm but it's cute, breakfast was good.
The rooms are OK.
They didn't notify us that the pool would be under maintenance, which is a big minus, transparency is important!
Jacuzzis did function but the water seemed dirty. I was hoping the rain would fill them up and sort of dillute the dirty film, but it didn't work. I still used them and showered immediately after and it turned out ok

Reasonably clean
Triple charged for my room. Reception desk kept saying that my credit card was refused by the system, but the payments appeared on my credit card statement when I got home. The Hotel has promised to refund the overpayment.
