Muy bien pero para ir sin perros..
La casa está muy bien situada, en una zona tranquila y a la vez cerca de todo. Es muy cómoda, muy grande y tiene un supermercado a unos 5 minutos en coche, lo que hace la estancia bastante práctica. Disponen de cuna y cama supletoria, el porche es muy agradable para estar fuera y la cocina está bien equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios. De primeras el trato fue bueno, especialmente con Pedro, con quien nos sentimos muy a gusto
Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se estropeó al final de la estancia. Viajamos con perros porque en el anuncio se indica claramente que se admiten mascotas gratis, sin mención a suplementos ni condiciones especiales. Desde el primer día vieron a los perros y en ningún momento se nos comentó que hubiera ningún problema. La última noche recibimos una llamada con un tono condescendiente insistiendo en que la casa “tenía que quedar limpia”, dando a entender que no lo haríamos, y el día de salida nos hicieron retrasar el viaje (con un bebé y el coche ya cargado) mientras revisaban sábanas, cortinas y cada rincón buscando cualquier mínimo defecto.
Después de dejar la casa barrida, fregada y en buen estado, nos reclamaron 60 € extra por limpieza alegando que “estaba llena de pelos”, centrando el problema en una alfombra negra donde es razonable que pueda quedar algún pelo pese a haberla cepillado. Consideramos que este tipo de restos mínimos entra dentro del uso normal de una vivienda que se anuncia como pet friendly.
Tampoco nos quejamos de otros detalles mejorables (wifi que no funcionó, tener que esperar por la reparación de la calefacción, una puerta de armario que se cae si se abre de más) porque entendemos que pueden pasar cosas en una casa. Precisamente por eso nos ha decepcionado el trato final y el intento de cobrarnos un suplemento por las mascotas que no estaba indicado en el anuncio.
En resumen: la casa en sí es muy cómoda y tiene cosas positivas, pero si viajas con perros es importante saber que, aunque se anuncie como alojamiento donde se admiten mascotas gratis, luego pueden surgir problemas por la presencia de los animales y cargos adicionales con los que no contábamos.
