It was clean. The room had everything you needed. Breakfast was good
The staff takes a long time to respond to messages, or doesn't respond at all (some issues require a quick resolution). Emails are ignored because there's only one administrator downstairs, who works as a waiter and cashier, and he simply can't cope. After eating pizza in their cafe, I had terrible intestinal upset.
The room was located next to the shared bathroom, so at night you could hear people washing, spitting, and blowing their noses.

Easy Reach By Bus From Airport. Clean, Comfortable, Hospitable. Host Chris Was Superb! Nothing Was Too Much Trouble. Great WiFi, Comfy Bed, Lovely Shower, Hot Drinks In Room. Breakfast Was Lovely š. Close To Shops And Restaurants. Definately A Returning Customer. Chris Gave Me Support In Finding My Feet In Local Area For Walks And Nice Locations. Great Value! Lovely Village Area And Local Boat Waterways. Nice View Of Estuary And Venice, Short Walk From Village. Great Food In Restaurant. Lovely Ambiance š. Thank You For A Nice Stay. Easy Self Check In, Late Night Flight Landing. Communication Excellent!

Lovely staff (Stephania and Chris) as well as cleaning lady were all so kind and helpful
Room was clean and spacious with a fridge
Great connections to Venice and right on the bus line
The restaurant was very convenient to have a meal and drink and delicious pizza
I would have liked there to be a small table and chair in the room so I could have my meals, I didnāt feel comfortable eating my own food at the restaurant tables.
There was only 1 toilet for 4 rooms so up to 8 people sharing a single toilet, which can cause a wait for toilets and can affect cleanliness.
The breakfast was repetitive and didnāt offer much variety, also they cook the eggs and set the tables out at 8am so I felt slightly uncomfortable eating eggs and ham that was sitting out for nearly 2 hours (as I had my breakfast towards 10am on all days). Would prefer these to be freshly cooked when we arrive for breakfast.
The air conditioner wasnāt very effective as it didnāt cool the room, and the fridge and AC were quite loud
