Quaint, simple and straightforward. We had a two bedroom house which was perfect for mother and adult son. Price was good.
The breakfast was excellent.
It felt a little bit tired, it needed a little bit of love, the grounds, albeit rainforest and natural could have benefited from some maintenance and tidying ie stones edging walkways displaced, a lot of dead foliage.

I really loved the staff and the friendliness of everyone. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Mainly everyone speaks Spanish, I’m not fluent in Spanish just yet but I was still able to communicate well with everyone. The staff and the location of the retreat was definitely the best part about this place for me.
I thought the bathroom was bigger but it turned out to be really small and the WiFi was free and there but it was unstable. Strong in some areas and I would lose signal in other areas on the property. The walls were pretty thin too so if you have noisy neighbors amoungst you, you can hear everything which is annoying at times. I also wish they had some sort of light by the pool so you’re able to go at night. But overall my stay was great.

Staff was so nice and so helpful. We booked at the very last minute due to travel complications. We had a nice comfortable room, lovely pool, great breakfast. A/C was awesome as was the bed. They even had time to schedule massages for us last minute. Massage was very different, but I swear the best massage I’ve ever had. Wish we had gone to yoga class in the morning.
They were having trouble with their wifi at the time and had already requested repairs or assistance, but they bent over backwards to try and get us a signal.
I would definitely stay here again!
Loved everything about it.

Perfect location close to lonely beaches. Nice swimming pool in the garden surrounded by plants. Comfortable bed.
The shower after 1 day was full of water that would not go down, really disgusting and smelly. Even if we didn't have the air conditioning on, in the night there would be so much noise coming from the motor of the air conditioning motor of other rooms. Was then difficult to sleep.
