The apartment had everything needed for our short stay. Check in was easy, location was fabulous, wonderful views of the bay, definitely worth upgrading to sea view apartment.

great location, just seconds walk from the beach. great view from the balcony. very spacious balcony and apartment.
Although the apartment was great, unfortunately there was a loud beach bar directly below it.
This bar played extremely loud boom boom music ( you know the tune! boom didi boom, didi boom, didi boom )
Same annoying base drum from breakfast time until midnight every day. if you are intending going to bed before midnight, then just forget it.

Location was absolutely fabulous, our balcony view was full sea view on the tree Avenue side of the building ( if we had been allocated accomodation on the front main road of the building that would have been very disappointing due to the view of the large building site on that side of the road. The staff we interacted with were very helpful. Rooms are basic, but clean and having no pool was not for me.
However we enjoyed are stay, but would prefare to have the use of a pool, so not sure I would stay there in the future.
No pool. I know the sea is opposite, but not everyone feels safe swimming in the sea.
The weather was beautiful, but it gets unbearable if you have no way of cooling down.

This is our 5th stay at the Odysea. Amazing view, close to the local bus stops and large clean rooms.
We arrived on a Sunday and had some questions. We tried 4 ways of contacting staff and there was no response. We had to wait 2 days to see anyone on reception, and there was no response to my questions. There was a cushion missing from the outdoor chair, and no washing line which was reported on the second day of the holiday when reception was open. This was not sorted before we flew home, so the chair was unusable and we were unable to dry our clothes effectively, bearing in mind there is a washing machine in the room. Therefore the full room services were not available to us for our stay, which is very disappointing.
