The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially in helping us with our luggage, both into and out of the apartment. The room itself was spacious and very well designed and decorated. It was nonly a few metres from the huge plaza which fronts onto Trieste Harbour. Breakfasts were great They were provided by the hotel, in a traditional Italian cafe on the Plaza, where we could sit and watch the locals starting their day.

Very serviceable, good location, clean and comfortable
It’s on the third storey, no elevator. This is normal for old town areas I know but it would have been good to know when booking.

Perfect location and very clean.
The lightining was a little weak but otherwise everything perfect. Just don't buy the breakfast, you will pay more than at the restaurant directly.

Well situated, clean, staff was helpful and nice.
It’s noisy, from outside and from the neighboring rooms(it’s like an apartment that has been separated into more rooms, each of them with its own bathroom).
Also warm in the room and even though there’s air conditioning, it’s an old machine and also very noisy.
Internet slow, sometimes it breaks down. So not ideal for a longer stay or if you’re planning on working online.
The building doesn’t have an elevator, this was fine for me but I guess it wouldn’t be for everyone.
Room was not ready at the check in time, was told to come back after half an hour. I took an hour just to be sure.
