It would be a better start had the place had an actual breakfast to sit down and eat before heading out for the day.
Staff at check in wasn’t up to standard. Still haven’t gotten a refund or anything back. I booked for a full week but only had to be there for 3 days.

We did not have breakfast there. I need you to send me the link so I can get my refund back from you for the 2 rooms that I booked. The total was $252.48. I had to pay again upon arrival because they had no record of the rooms.
Thanks you Jenelle Jackson
I need for you to resend the link for the refund of the charge of the hotel rooms that I paid for through you and when I arrived, it was not reserved. I had to repay again.
Please send me another link so I can upload all the documents that I send to send you for reimbursement.
